Потому что документы и есть результат работы. Калибровка стоит ровно столько, сколько доказывает её сертификат, а инспекция — столько, сколько её досье сможет показать третьей стороне два года спустя. Купить это как универсальную систему документооборота значило бы воевать с системой; построить самим означало, что инструмент совпадает с тем, как работа делается на самом деле, — и заказчику это не стоит ничего сверху.
