Barmaan verifies that critical equipment performs to its rated duty and stays inside safe limits before it is put into service. Our teams proof-load and certify lifting gear, hydrotest pipelines and pressure vessels, and provide field engineers who witness function tests and pre-commissioning checks on site.
Every job follows a written test procedure with defined acceptance criteria drawn from the governing code — LOLER and ASME B30 for lifting, ASME B31 and BPVC for pressure systems. Loads, pressures and hold times are recorded live so results are traceable and defensible.
On completion we issue a compliant certificate and test report — proof-load certificate and register for lifting equipment, hydrostatic test certificate with a stamped pressure chart for piping and vessels, and inspection reports with a cleared punch-list for on-site work.
The outcome is simple: your equipment is proven fit for purpose, documented, and ready to go live safely and on schedule.
