Detect flaws in welds, pipwork and equipment without taking them out of service.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspects the integrity of a component without damaging it, so the asset stays fit for continued service. Our certified technicians examine welds, pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks and structural steel for surface and internal defects using a full suite of methods.
We deliver the complete inspection toolbox: Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Magnetic Particle (MT), conventional Ultrasonics (UT), Phased Array (PAUT with TOFD), Vacuum-Box and Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), and both digital and conventional Radiography (RT). The right method — or combination of methods — is selected for the material, the geometry and the defects that matter most.
All personnel are qualified and certified in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and ISO 9712 at Level I, II or III as the work requires, and procedures follow ASME BPVC Section V and the relevant construction code (API 1104, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1). Every inspection ends in a traceable report with clear accept/reject calls against the applicable acceptance criteria.
The result is simple: proven safety and maximum uptime. Hidden cracks, lack of fusion, porosity, corrosion and wall loss are found early — before they become failures — while the plant keeps running.
