Every dossier is one QcProject document with its equipment, documents, welds, welders, gauges and non-conformances hanging off it by project — the tabs below are views over that one record, not separate systems.

What the QR on the printed MDR does

Verification without a phone call

Every Manufacturing Data Record Barmaan issues carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a public page that confirms the record exists and shows its revision, equipment tags and the signing third-party inspector — nothing more, no file, no login. It is built to be useful to an auditor holding a paper copy years later, and useless to anyone without one.

How it works

The token is a 128-bit random string minted once per project and printed on the MDR; the verify route (`/qc-verify/TOKEN`) looks it up and renders only a summary — never the dossier itself.

Barmaan's engineering software also designs instrument loop diagrams and cable schedules. This scene is a real excerpt of a seeded design ("SCADA System — DCS Marshalling Cabinet", a real client project): 3 real junction boxes and 16 of that project's 73 real field instruments, run through the same `runLoopDesign` engine the admin studio and printed loop sheets use — nothing here is hand-placed.
