We are based in Erbil and ship across the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. For other destinations, feasibility and terms are confirmed during the inquiry.
Methods & fees
- Active shipping methods and their fees are shown at checkout.
- For heavy or project orders, freight is quoted case-by-case on the proforma.
- Pickup from our Erbil office is available by prior arrangement.
Handling & lead times
- In-stock items are usually ready to ship within 1–3 business days.
- Sourced/imported items have their own lead time, stated on the proforma.
- Quoted times are estimates and exclude delays beyond our control (customs, international freight).
Delivery & inspection
Please inspect the shipment on receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours, quoting your order number, so we can follow up.
International orders & customs
For import orders, destination duties and customs rules are the buyer's responsibility unless the proforma states otherwise. Required documents (invoice, certificate of origin, …) are provided as agreed.
