- A proforma invoice issued from the site is a quotation; it creates no binding sale until finally confirmed by both parties.
Orders & payment
- An order becomes final after our review and confirmation; if we cannot supply, any payment is refunded.
- Available payment methods (bank transfer, cash on delivery, …) are shown at checkout.
- Shipping, delivery and warranty terms are stated in the relevant proforma or contract.
Intellectual property
Site content — texts, original images, the Barmaan logo and marks — belongs to Barmaan Trading Company; commercial use requires written permission. Manufacturers' names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use & liability
- Using the site for unlawful purposes, submitting malicious content or disrupting the service is prohibited.
- The site and its content are provided “as is”; Barmaan is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
- Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region; disputes fall to the competent courts of Erbil unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
