We buy from reputable manufacturers and mills, and every pressure-containing part arrives with material test reports and, where required, API monogram evidence and heat traceability.
We reject unmarked, re-stamped or grey-market components outright — the certificate must trace back to a real melt.
We match body and trim materials — carbon and low-alloy steels, stainless, duplex, Inconel and other alloys — to the pressure, temperature and fluid your line handles. For sour service, components are specified to NACE / ISO 15156 for H2S resistance.
Pressure ratings follow the relevant API and ASME classes, and elastomers and seals are selected for the process media and temperature range so nothing is the weak link at working pressure.
Each shipment carries the paperwork a pressure part needs: EN 10204 3.1 (or 3.2 where required) material certificates, pressure-test records, and certificates of origin and conformity, with NACE compliance statements for sour service.
Manufacturer warranty passes through in full, and we can arrange third-party inspection or witness testing before dispatch when a client or project QA plan requires it.
