Precise calibration of pressure and temperature instruments for oil, gas, and industrial equipment. Ensures measurement accuracy, traceability, and compliance with international standards (ISO/API) for facilities in Erbil and across Iraq.

We calibrate the full range of pressure and temperature instruments used across process plants, from local gauges to smart transmitters and safety switches. Reference standards include dead-weight testers, precision pressure calibrators, dry-block temperature calibrators and stirred baths. Every unit is issued a traceable calibration certificate stating the measured error, applied corrections and calculated uncertainty.
Pressure: analogue and digital gauges, pressure and differential-pressure transmitters, pressure switches, barometric and vacuum instruments, safety and relief-valve set points.
Temperature: RTDs (Pt100/Pt1000), thermocouples of all types, temperature transmitters, dial and bimetal thermometers, digital and infrared thermometers.
Pressure is generated and measured with dead-weight testers and precision pressure calibrators covering vacuum through high hydraulic ranges, with the unit under test compared at multiple rising and falling points to capture hysteresis.
Temperature is realised with dry-block calibrators, stirred liquid baths and reference resistance thermometers, following the ITS-90 scale for defensible results.
Our reference standards are themselves calibrated by accredited laboratories, giving an unbroken chain of traceability to national and international standards such as NIST and UKAS. Every certificate states the measurement uncertainty, evaluated in line with the GUM (JCGM 100), so you know exactly how much confidence to place in each reading.
You receive a numbered calibration certificate with as-found and as-left data, corrections, uncertainty and a pass/fail statement against your tolerance, plus adjustment or minor repair where the instrument allows.
With 18+ years serving Iraqi oil, gas and power operators, our metrologists work to your turnaround windows — in our lab or with portable standards on your site.
Yes. We carry portable dead-weight testers, pressure calibrators and dry-block units so most pressure and temperature loops can be calibrated in place. Where the required uncertainty demands lab conditions, we advise a lab visit instead.
A 12-month interval is typical, but the right period depends on criticality, process conditions and drift history. We can review as-found trends over time and recommend an interval that keeps you compliant without over-servicing.
Every certificate reports the expanded measurement uncertainty (typically at a 95% confidence level, k=2), evaluated per the GUM. This is essential for audits and for making sound pass/fail decisions against your tolerances.
