The Endress+Hauser Deltabar S PMD75 is one of the most accurate and most widely used differential pressure instruments in the process industries. Barmaan holds 27 of them physically in the warehouse and sells them individually: each unit on this page is a specific physical device with its own order code, its own nameplate and its own photographs, taken in our warehouse. The units in stock are not all calibrated the same: the factory spans run from 0…1 kPa up to 0…300 kPa, with one unit calibrated in 0…250 mmH₂O, so the range is stated per unit rather than for the page as a whole — the nameplate photograph of each unit shows its own Cal./Adj. plate. Six units were photographed without their main nameplate; their range is available on request. Across the family the span is adjustable and, thanks to the piezoresistive metal sensor, supports a turn down of up to 100:1. Per official datasheet TI00382P the reference accuracy is ±0.075% of the set span (up to ±0.035% in the PLATINUM version), and the maximum static working pressure is 16 MPa (160 bar).
The Deltabar S is not only a differential pressure transmitter: with dp elements (orifice, pitot) it is used for flow measurement, and in pressurized vessels for level and volume measurement; square-root and linearization functions are available on the device itself. The wetted parts are 1.4435/316L stainless steel with an FKM seal, and the housing carries IP66/IP67 ingress protection suitable for industrial installation.
The device output is 4–20 mA with the HART protocol, with an 11.5 to 45 V DC supply. The Deltabar S can be used up to safety integrity level SIL 3 per IEC 61508 (TÜV SÜD approved), benefits from continuous performance monitoring from the sensor through to the electronics, and its HistoROM®/M-DAT memory allows the electronics to be replaced easily while retaining the configuration.
The Deltabar S is part of the uniform Endress+Hauser pressure platform (Deltabar S – Deltapilot S – Cerabar S) and has for years been an industry standard for accurate differential pressure, flow and level measurement in the oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical and power-generation industries.

No. Besides differential pressure, the Deltabar S is also used for flow measurement (volumetric or mass) together with dp elements such as orifice plates and pitot tubes, and for level and volume measurement in pressurized vessels. The internal calculation functions — square root for flow and linearization for level — are available on the device itself.
Per the nameplate this unit has a 4–20 mA output with the HART protocol and is compatible with all common DCS/PLC systems (Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson and others) as well as with HART calibrators and configurators. Its supply is 11.5 to 45 V DC. Other versions of the Deltabar S family also offer PROFIBUS PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus.
