The Rosemount 3144P temperature transmitter (Emerson) is one of the most accurate and most dependable temperature transmitters in the process industries. The unit offered here was built in October 2012 by Emerson FZE Dubai, is entirely new, and is held physically in Barmaan's warehouse; every "Barmaan stock" photograph on this page — including the device nameplate showing model 3144P — is of this very item. Two units of this transmitter are currently in stock: the first with a FOUNDATION Fieldbus output and the second with a 4–20 mA HART output and a three-wire PT100 input over the 0 to 100 °C range.
The 3144P input is universal and accepts RTDs (such as Pt100), thermocouples, resistance and millivolt signals, in single- or dual-sensor form. Transmitter-sensor matching (Callendar–Van Dusen) improves measurement accuracy by up to 75%, and the digital accuracy for a Pt100 is about ±0.10 °C per official datasheet 00813-0100-4021. The output of this particular unit is FOUNDATION Fieldbus (bus-powered, 9 to 32 V DC, 12 mA maximum), making it a direct fit for digital fieldbus networks.
