Accurate calibration of flowmeters and storage tanks for oil, gas, and process industries. Ensures reliable flow and volume measurement, custody transfer accuracy, and compliance with international standards in Erbil and across Iraq.

Accurate flow and tank metering underpins fair custody transfer and reliable inventory. We verify and prove flowmeters in service and calibrate storage tanks by strapping and reference methods to build accurate capacity tables. All work references the API Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards (MPMS) and related ISO/OIML documents, with traceable certification.
We verify and prove installed flowmeters — turbine, positive-displacement, Coriolis, ultrasonic and orifice/DP types — determining their meter factor and error against a reference prover or master meter.
Differential-pressure elements are checked for orifice condition and transmitter response, and results feed directly into your measurement uncertainty and mismeasurement risk.
Vertical and horizontal storage tanks are calibrated to produce capacity (strapping) tables that convert measured level to volume. We apply manual strapping and, where appropriate, optical/EODR methods per API MPMS Chapter 2 and ISO 7507.
Corrections for shell temperature, tank tilt and floating-roof displacement are included so the table reflects real, in-service conditions.
For custody-transfer applications, small errors translate directly into money. Our provers and dimensional references are traceable to national standards, and every meter factor or tank table is issued with a stated uncertainty so buyers, sellers and auditors share a defensible basis of measurement.
You receive meter-factor / verification certificates and complete tank capacity tables, with methods, corrections and uncertainties documented for audit.
Our teams mobilise across Iraq for on-site proving and strapping, coordinating with your operations to work safely around live product and minimise tank out-of-service time.
Strapping is the process of calibrating a tank to build a capacity table that converts a measured liquid level into an accurate volume. Without a current, correct table, every inventory figure and custody-transfer measurement carries hidden error.
In many cases yes — proving against a portable prover or master meter can be done in-line while product flows. The best approach depends on fluid, flow rate and connection points, which we confirm during a pre-job survey.
Yes. Certificates document the method, reference standards, corrections and stated uncertainty, all traceable to national standards — exactly the evidence buyers, sellers and auditors need to resolve measurement disputes fairly.
