This listing covers three new physical units of the Endress+Hauser Proline Promass 83F Coriolis mass flowmeter in DN50 (2"), all held physically in Barmaan's warehouse. Promass F is Endress+Hauser's high-end sensor for the most accurate and most demanding mass-flow duties. Every "Barmaan stock" photograph in the gallery is of these three devices, and each unit's sensor nameplate — with its order code and serial number — is legible in the images.
All three units pair a Promass F sensor with a Proline 83 transmitter and a 4–20 mA HART output; their only significant difference is the process connection and pressure rating. Two carry DIN/EN PN40 flanges (order codes 83F50-1FU0/0, and 83F50-K208/101) and one carries an ASME B16.5 Class 150 flange (order code 83F50-1QLH2/0, forged A182-F316/F316L flange). Coriolis measurement is independent of the physical properties of the fluid. Two parallel measuring tubes are driven at their resonant frequency; as the medium passes through, a phase shift proportional to mass flow develops, while the resonant frequency itself is a direct function of density. The result is simultaneous measurement of mass flow, volume flow, density and temperature at a single point — with no straight upstream or downstream runs required for flow conditioning.
Technical data for the DN50 Promass F sensor per official datasheet TI00101D: base accuracy ±0.10% of reading on liquids (to ±0.05% with PremiumCal), ±0.05% repeatability, ±0.35% accuracy on gas, 3.5 kg/h zero point stability, a maximum flow of 70,000 kg/h, medium temperature from −50 to +200 °C, and measuring tubes in 1.4539 (904L) stainless steel with 1.4404 (316L) connections. Per the nameplates, secondary containment is rated 40 bar/600 psi on the PN40 units and 20 bar on the Class 150 unit.
The Proline 83 transmitter, with a four-line backlit display and optical Touch Control keys, allows the instrument to be operated in full without opening the housing cover; Quick Setup menus cut commissioning to a few minutes. Supply on these units is the low-voltage variant (20 to 55 V AC or 16 to 62 V DC, under 15 VA/W), the output is 4–20 mA HART plus pulse/frequency, and ingress protection is IP67 (NEMA 4X).

Both are twin-tube Coriolis flowmeters using the same Proline 83 transmitter; the difference is in the sensor. Promass F is Endress+Hauser's high-end sensor: ±0.10% of reading accuracy, medium temperature to +200 °C and a rugged secondary containment — suited to demanding duties and corrosive fluids. Promass E is the more economical line for standard applications, with ±0.15% accuracy and temperature to +140 °C. Both models are currently in Barmaan's warehouse.
