UsedUsed Endress+Hauser Cerabar S PMP75 process pressure transmitter with diaphragm seal, metallic piezoresistive cell, 316L wetted parts. Two plate-confirmed units in Barmaan stock: a PROFIBUS PA 0…2 bar absolute (Maulburg, 2007) and a 4…20 mA HART −1…1 bar (Suzhou, 2008). Photographed nameplates, serials verified against the E+H Device Viewer.
The Endress+Hauser Cerabar S PMP75 is the diaphragm-seal member of the Cerabar S family. A metallic piezoresistive measuring cell sits behind an oil-filled diaphragm seal, so the process fluid never touches the sensor — the arrangement used when the medium is hot, viscous, corrosive or prone to crystallizing, or when the process temperature exceeds what the cell itself can take. Its siblings differ exactly here: the PMP71 is the same metallic cell mounted directly on the process, and the PMC71 uses a ceramic (Al2O3) capacitive cell instead.
Barmaan sells these as used industrial instruments. They are not new, they carry no calibration certificate, and no functional test has been recorded against them. What this page does offer is evidence: every nameplate below was photographed at full resolution in the warehouse, and every serial was put through the manufacturer's own Endress+Hauser Device Viewer, which returns the factory order code and a manufacturing date that no nameplate prints.
What is actually in stock. Four warehouse items are filed under this product, and three of them carry a legible Cerabar S PMP75 nameplate: unit L 22 — order code PMP75-AMA2K11B3AAA, 0…2 bar absolute, PROFIBUS PA, maximum working pressure 13.7 bar, bolted to an EN 1092-1 DN 50 PN 40 flanged diaphragm seal in 1.4435/316L, made in Maulburg and dated 06/2007; unit PT 14 — order code PMP75-ABA1H211GAAA, −100…100 kPa gauge, 4…20 mA HART, maximum working pressure 670 kPa, assembled in Suzhou and dated 08/2008; and unit PT 22 — order code PMP75-ABA2W211GAAA, 0…40 MPa absolute, 4…20 mA HART, maximum working pressure 40 MPa, assembled in Suzhou. The fourth unit, PT 25, has both nameplates wiped blank; it is a blue Cerabar-style housing on a threaded stem and is listed here without a confirmed model. The devices that were once mis-filed under this product (PMC71, PMP71, PMP51, PMD75, Rosemount 3051CD) have been moved to their own pages. Each unit card below names the model its own plate carries. Ask us before ordering and we will tell you exactly which device you would receive.
PT 14 carries a third-party seal. Its Endress+Hauser nameplate declares wetted materials 1.4435/316L, but the diaphragm seal actually bolted to it is a WIKA 990.36 threaded seal — G1½″, PN 100, stamped 1.4404/316L. Both readings are photographed. The page states the connection that is fitted, because that is what a buyer bolts to.
Model-line data, from Technical Information TI00383P for Cerabar S PMC71/PMP71/PMP75, linked below. The PMP75's reference accuracy is ±0.075 % of the set span in the standard build (±0.05 % in the PLATINUM build), ingress protection IP66/IP67 and NEMA 4X/6P, wetted parts 1.4435/316L, HistoROM/M-DAT configuration memory, and IEC 61508 functional-safety documentation for the line. Those are properties of the model, not measurements taken on these used devices, and they are not presented as such.
Certification. None of the three legible nameplates prints an Ex, ATEX or IECEx marking — all carry CE only. Ex-rated builds of the PMP75 exist and are covered by separate XA safety documentation; the units here are not those builds, as far as their plates show.
Barmaan supplies industrial instrumentation. This item is offered with in-person inspection at the warehouse before purchase, selection consultancy, and installation and commissioning support. For pricing, send a proforma request from this page.

| Model line (TI00383P) | |
| Reference accuracy (model line) | Cell-dependent, per TI00383P: ±0.075 % of set span for the 1, 2, 4, 10, 40 and 100 bar cells (to a break-point turndown, then degrading), ±0.15 % for the 400 mbar and 400 bar cells. Both units in stock fall in the ±0.075 % group. These are factory figures for the model, not verified measurements on two used devices. |
| Long-term stability (model line) | TI00383P gives NO system figure for the PMP75: it states that long-term stability is measured on the basic device with the diaphragm seal removed. The ±0.05 %/year often quoted is the PMP71 figure and does not transfer. |
| Process temperature (model line) | −70…+400 °C for the PMP75 range as a whole, per TI00383P — but the ceiling belongs to the particular diaphragm seal and fill fluid, and neither unit in stock has a documented fill fluid. Standard silicone oil is −40…+250 °C. |
| Ambient temperature (model line) | −20…+70 °C with the LCD fitted, −40…+85 °C without, per TI00383P. Both units in stock have an LCD. |
| Order code, decoded | Per the product structure in TI00383P/00/EN/18.13 (pp. 89–93 — the last revision that still prints the ordering tables). L 22 = A (non-hazardous) · M (PROFIBUS PA, LCD) · A (aluminium T14, IP66/67) · 2K (2 bar absolute cell, OPL 20 bar) · 1 (bar) · 1 (316L diaphragm) · B3 (EN/DIN flange DN 50, PN 10–40, form B1, 316L) · A (silicone oil). PT 14 = A · B (4…20 mA HART, LCD) · A · 1H (1 bar gauge cell, OPL 10 bar) · 2 (kPa/MPa) · 1 · 1G (thread ISO 228 G1½ A, 316L) · A. Both decodes agree with the fitted hardware in the photographs: B3 with the DN 50 PN 40 flange stamp, 1G with the G1½″ seal thread. |
| Wetted materials (model line) | 1.4435/316L stainless steel as printed on both plates; the diaphragm seal itself may be another alloy — PT 14's fitted WIKA seal is 1.4404/316L |
| Configuration memory (model line) | HistoROM® / M-DAT, per TI00383P |
| Sibling models | PMP71 — same metallic cell, direct process mount, no diaphragm seal. PMC71 — ceramic Al₂O₃ capacitive cell. Both are also in Barmaan stock under their own product pages. |

Used. The Endress+Hauser Device Viewer dates unit L 22 to 06/2007 and unit PT 14 to 08/2008, and both show field wear in their own photographs. No functional test, calibration certificate or authenticity check has been recorded against any unit under this product, so every unit card reads «unknown» rather than guessing. An earlier version of this page said «new»; it was wrong and has been corrected.
No, not quite — and this page says so instead of hiding it. Four warehouse items are filed here; three are plate-confirmed Cerabar S PMP75 (L 22, PT 14 and PT 22). The fourth, PT 25, has both nameplates wiped blank, so its exact model cannot be confirmed and it is not offered as a PMP75. The devices that used to be mis-filed under this product have been moved to their own pages. Ask us before ordering and we will tell you exactly which device you would receive.
The measuring cell sits behind an oil-filled diaphragm; process pressure deflects the diaphragm and the fill fluid carries it to the cell, so the medium never touches the sensor. Unit L 22 is fitted with an EN 1092-1 DN 50 PN 40 flanged diaphragm seal in 1.4435/316L — the standard, size and class are stamped on the flange edge and photographed. Unit PT 14 is fitted with a WIKA 990.36 threaded seal, G1½″ PN 100, stamped 1.4404/316L — a third-party seal, also photographed. So «flanged» is true of one unit and not the other, which is why this page no longer says it in the title.
All three are Cerabar S. PMP71 has a metallic piezoresistive cell mounted directly on the process. PMP75 is the same metallic cell but behind a diaphragm seal, for media the cell must not touch. PMC71 replaces the metallic cell with a ceramic (Al₂O₃) capacitive one, which is oil-free and highly overload- and vacuum-resistant. The nameplate settles it in one line: a PMP prints «Mat. 1.4435/316L», a PMC prints «Mat. Al2O3». That single line is how the units once mis-filed under this product were identified and moved to their own pages.
These units are sold as-is, uncalibrated and untested. Barmaan can arrange a bench check or a third-party calibration on request, quoted separately — tell us the range and turndown you need before ordering, because a 2 bar absolute cell and a 1 bar gauge cell are not interchangeable. You are also welcome to inspect the device in person at the warehouse before you commit.
No. The Endress+Hauser Device Viewer reports the Cerabar S PMP75 as «Phase out» with a phase-out date of 12/2024, an order stop in 6/2027, spares availability until 7/2030 and repair until 7/2030, and names PMP71B as the successor. That is exactly why a serviceable used unit is worth buying: an installed base that still needs like-for-like replacements can no longer order them new.
